These terms cover the Defi Warlord Forge — the site, the board, the tools, and any alerts you pay for. Using the site means you accept them. If a line here doesn't work for you, close the tab; there is no account to delete. Nothing of yours is held unless you minted a Courier code — and that carried copy you can delete yourself at any time, or leave to expire.
// What The Forge Is
The Forge is a scanner. It reads public funding rates, prices, and open interest off DEX perpetual venues, does arithmetic on them, and shows you the result. That is the entire product. It is a telemetry surface — a very fast pair of binoculars pointed at on-chain markets.
// What The Forge Is Not
- Not a broker. It never routes an order, never matches a trade, never touches an exchange on your behalf.
- Not a custodian. It never holds, receives, or controls your funds. There is no wallet-connect and no deposit.
- Not a signer. It never signs a transaction and never asks for a key, a seed phrase, or a signature.
- Not an adviser. Nothing on the site is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation. A number on the board is a fact about a market, not a suggestion that you act on it.
- Not an oracle. The Forge reports what venues publish. It does not guarantee that the data is correct, current, or that any displayed rate will still exist when you act on it.
// The Numbers
Every figure on the board is computed from live venue data. Nothing is inflated by an invented multiplier and nothing is softened on the way down — a rust-red number is shown exactly as loudly as an amber one. Funding rates are volatile by nature: an annualized figure is an extrapolation of a rate observed right now, not a forecast, and it will not persist. Historical or realized figures describe the past and predict nothing. See // LEARN for how the math is done, and // RISK for how it kills people.
The Forge may be wrong. A venue API can lie, stall, or return garbage; a fetcher can break; a cache can go stale. Data is provided “as is”, with no warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any purpose. Verify on the venue before you move size. If the Forge and the venue disagree, the venue is right.
// Your Side Of The Deal
You trade your own capital, on your own machine, at your own risk. Every decision is yours and every outcome is yours — including total loss. You are responsible for knowing whether perpetual futures are legal for you to trade where you live, and for your own tax position. You agree not to attack the site: no scraping that degrades service, no attempt to break the backend, no automated hammering of the API.
// Outbound Links And Referrals
The Forge links out to venues. Some of those links carry an affiliate referral, which means the Forge may earn a kickback if you sign up through one. This is disclosed in the footer of every page and it does not move the rank — ordering is computed from the data, never from what pays. The kickback lives on the link only. What happens once you leave is between you and that venue; the Forge has no control over and no responsibility for third-party sites.
// Paid Access
The board is free and stays free. Paid tiers buy alerts, deeper history, and heavier tooling — data and delivery, nothing more. A paid key is not a licence to advice and confers no guarantee of profit. Keys are issued per subscriber; sharing or reselling one is grounds for revocation. Alerts are best-effort: they depend on venues, on the network, and on Telegram, and a missed, late, or duplicated alert is not a breach of these terms. Do not build anything you cannot afford to have miss a message. Access is billed per period, cancellable at any time, and continues to the end of the period already paid for.
// Donations
The Forge accepts donations at published receive-only addresses. A donation is a gift, not a purchase — it buys no access, no tier, and no promise. On-chain sends are irreversible: check the address and the network before you send, because a mistake cannot be undone by anyone, including the Forge.
// Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the Forge and its operator are not liable for any trading loss, missed opportunity, liquidation, data error, downtime, or any indirect or consequential damage arising from your use of the site. You use it at your own risk. If a court decides some liability must exist regardless, it is capped at what you actually paid the Forge in the twelve months before the claim — which, for the free board, is zero.
// Availability
The Forge is one operator running real infrastructure. It can go down, and it does. Endpoints, venues, features, and pricing can change or disappear without notice. No uptime is promised.
// Changes To This Page
These terms change when the product changes. A material change ships here before or with the feature that needs it — not quietly afterwards. The commit history of this file in the public repo is the audit trail.
